7 Years of Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and Counting!
Spas for a Cause™ Celebrates 7 Years Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness
The month of October means a lot to the team at Fantasy Spas. For the last 7 years, they’ve raised more than $100,000 for Breast Cancer Awareness! Their goal, to harness the power of warm water and bring people together for comfort and support, has turned into a movement with the Fantasy Spas family!
At the time they believed they could have meaningful impact and support a cause they felt could make a difference. Their designers created a breast cancer awareness pink hot tub and then they chose an organization to raise funds for.
They picked National Breast Cancer Foundation because they provide early detection and breast health services to women in need.
For the first 5 years, they made and sold bright pink hot tubs and hosted Pink Parties at a local San Diego brewery.
However, 2020 and 2021 look a little bit different. They’re turning their mission virtual!
Virtual events include:
- Tagging the Fantasy Spas Team in a photo of you wearing pink with the #FNSpasForACause on Social Media
- Writing and sending a letter to current fighters (see image below for instructions!)
- Donating an item off NBCF’s Amazon wish list
- Donating directly to NBCF
They are excited as always to turn pink this month and bring awareness for the 7th year in a row!
They can imagine a world without cancer, can you?
